Just got my new shirts in the mail yesterday. Found this cool website, Bavaria Classics. They sell a huge variety of German car parts but they also sell tshirts as well. Being the BMW enthusiast that I am, they had a couple designs that I just had to buy.
This one seemed appropriate as both my 335xi and E34 M5 are powered by BMW straight sixes.
Also, as an E34 M5 owner, I had to get this one:
The resemblance is uncanny :)
If you like any of these, they have a whole bunch more on their website, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
The cool thing is that if you have an idea for a design or image, you can submit it to them and they’ll put it on a shirt for you. They have a bunch of Porsche/BMW/Audi/VW stuff on their site now.

Could also mean JEEP! Uh oh...
Wrong shape, not a Jeep 4.0

I'm ok if someone thinks it's a jeep shirt too. Basically it's just extolling the inherent goodness and virtues of the straight six layout I guess, haha.

I see you have the rarer side mirrors.
Throwing Stars?

The Jeep is a lot easier to fix...

Good eye. Haha. Made me realize the one on the shirt has the earlier mirrors. Yes, These are the M Tech mirrors that a previous owner added to this earlier car.
Yup, my summers are throwing stars, but I also have a set of the original turbine covers though they need refinishing. Right now its on BBS Style 5s with winter tires

Which is good because you’ll have to do that more often.

I don’t think you know a lot about a jeep 4.0’s....

No, I don't.

They aren’t a big fan of dying lol.
They’ve been known to run while down multiple cylinders for quite a long time. They’re crazy tough motors.

I had a Heep 4.0 and a BMW 3, and let me tell you...
I have no idea how Jeep made that 4.0 run so rough.
Great motor, but man it shook the whole damn Jeep when you started or gunned it. The BMW is like an avalanche, while the Jeep is like a rock slide. Very similar things, but one is a hell of a lot rougher than the other.

Possibly, but the advantages of Cam-In-Block are lessened in a straight longitudinal engine relative to a V design. Why? well the packaging advantages in a CIB V engine just don’t exist in nearly the same extent as in a inline longitudinal one. Plus, the polar moment advantage is lesser.
An inline longitudinal 6cyl with DOHC also has the freedom of gaining more revs more reliably

Sweet M5 dude. I was super close to buying that grey market e34 M5 wagon that was on Bring a Trailer awhile back. Still kind of regret not pulling the trigger.

It’s the 4.0 motor mounts, they’re not that great in design.
